Day 1 – Venice (arrival)

Starting with the first day of your arrival, you will be welcomed by our tour assistant, who will fill you in on all details of the trip, followed by an organised transfer that will get you right to your hotel.

Day 2 – Venice

Is when the fun starts. Breathe in Venice in all its glory through a walking tour visiting all the hotspots in Venice: Piazza San Marco, the drawing room of Europe as Napoleon called it, St Mark’s Basilica, the symbol of Venetian wealth and power, the Palazzo Ducale, a gothic style palace that is visited by more than 1000000 people each year, etc.

Stroll down the oldest bridge in Venice, Ponte di Rialto, spanning the Grand Canal or jump in the motorboat and see Venice from another perspective. (B, D)

Day 3 – Venetian Lagoon

Is reserved for a place where nature closely merges history, the Venetian Lagoon. Accompanied by our guide, you will have a chance to explore three famous islands: the tranquil Torcello, the glass island Murano and vividly coloured and lace infused Burano. (B, D)

Day 4 – Verona

Is set for a journey to the second largest city in Italy, Milan. But before we get there, we’ll stop off for a field trip to the hometown of Romeo and Juliet, Verona, where we’ll visit the Roman amphitheater, Arena. On our trip to Milan, we’ll make another stop to see the most charming lake in Italy, Lake Garda. Surrounded by olive groves, orange trees and cypresses, Benaco, as the locals call it, is the perfect symbol of Italy, tranquil and majestic. (B, D)

Day 5 – Milan

It’s time to discover Milan and its awe-inspiring architecture. You’ll have a chance to see the spiked gothic cathedral Duomo , or a hedgehog as D.H. Lawrence put it, the most famous opera house Teatro alla Scala and art galleries the Pinacoteca di Brera and Pinacoteca Ambrosiana. We can’t leave Milano without seeing one of the most popular paintings of all time, da Vinci’s masterpiece, the Last Supper in Santa Maria delle Grazie. (B, D)

Day 6 – Pisa

We’ll spend marveling the Leaning Tower and strolling down the Field of Dreams in Pisa. The green lawn amplifies the whiteness of the marble, giving it all a sense of charm and coherence. After this field trip, we’ll start our journey to Florence. (B, D)

Day 7 – Florence

Is set for guided tour of art-infused Florence, from its free open-art sculpture exhibit in Piazza della Signoria to the works of Michelangelo, Giotto, Botticelli, etc in one of the busiest galleries in the world, The Galleria degli Uffizi. You’ll also get a chance to experience the spectacular views of the whole city, right from the bell tower of Comapile. (B, D)

Day 8 – Rome

Rome, here we come! The first impressions of Rome will leave you in awe, as the lit up sights contrast perfectly against the darkening sky. (B, D)

Day 9 – Rome

Rome by day! Experience the best of Rome in the morning with just one ticket. The hop-on hop-off tour will give you a chance to see the highlights of this magnificent city, including the gladiator arena Colosseum and the busiest squire in Rome, Piazza Navona. (B, D)

Day 10 – Vatican

Is reserved for the home of the Holy See, the Vatican City. Stroll down the elliptical square of St Peter, marvel at the largest, richest and most spectacular church in Italy, St Peter’s Basilica, and see the masterpieces of Michelangelo and Boticelli in the Sistine Chapel. The evening time is reserved for a trip to Tivoli, where you’ll visit many archeological sites, including Villa d’Este and Hadrian’s Villa, and admire wonderful gardens and fountains. (B, D)

Day 11 – Naples & Capri

We’ll spend walking down the famous street of Spaccanapoli, eating sfogliatella and drinking the legendary espresso in one of the best known Italian city for coffee, Naples. You’ll also get a chance to visit Museo Cappella Sansevero, a real wonder of Naples. After the tour of Naples, we’ll experience the beauty of the Island of Capri, visiting Villa Jovias and the Gardens of Augustus. (B, D)

Day 12 – Rome (departure)

Is when the tour ends. After breakfast, it’s time to leave the Rome hotel and head to the airport. (B)
